Infiniti Canada Owner's Portal:

Infiniti needed to further support and drive brand love among Canadian Infiniti vehicle owners, and thus my team developed a national eCRM platform. The platform needed to be fully responsive and connect seamlessly with retail dealerships and the brand, functionally encompassing all owner needs, sending service alerts, dealer information, recalls and routine maintenance information. I lead the development of the site's UI design system as well as all creative & art direction, taking inspiration from Infiniti's "adeyaka" japanese ethos.
